Terms of Service (ToS)

Thank you for considering commissioning LittleFernArt! By purchasing a commission from me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following Terms of Service.What I Will Draw
• Original characters (OCs)
• Fan art
• Masculine and feminine characters
• Human and humanoid characters
• Fantasy characters and species
• Elves, fairies, witches, demons and similar fantasy features
• Kemonomimi/characters with animal features
• Simple armour and accessories
• Light blood or mild horror themes
• Character designs with referencesI am also happy to discuss designs that aren't listed above. If you're unsure whether I can draw your character, please feel free to ask before ordering!What I Will Not Draw
• NSFW or explicit sexual content
• Fetish content
• Extreme gore
• Heavy or highly detailed mecha
• Realistic portraits
• Hateful, discriminatory or offensive content
• Anything I am personally uncomfortable drawingI reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.References
Please provide clear visual references wherever possible. Written descriptions may be accepted for simpler details, but I may decline designs that require me to create a character entirely from a written description unless character design has been agreed upon beforehand.Payment
• Payment is made upfront through Ko-fi before work begins.
• Prices are listed in GBP (£).
• Additional characters, commercial use and other extras may require an additional fee.
• Please do not send payment outside my official commission listings unless we have discussed it beforehand.Turnaround Time
My standard turnaround time is approximately 1–4 weeks, depending on my workload and the complexity of the commission.Turnaround begins once I have received both payment and all necessary references.If there is an unexpected delay, I will contact you. Please let me know before ordering if you need the artwork by a particular date.Revisions
• One significant revision during the sketch stage is included.
• Reasonable minor adjustments during the sketch stage are welcome.
• Minor colour corrections are free.
• Major changes requested after the lineart or colouring stage may require an additional fee.
• Changes caused by details I accidentally missed from the agreed references will be corrected free of charge.Once the sketch has been approved, please avoid requesting major changes to the pose or overall design.Copyright & Usage
I retain the copyright and authorship of the artwork I create.The standard commission price includes personal use only. You may use your commission for profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, character references and other non-commercial personal purposes.You may crop or resize the finished artwork for personal use, but please do not heavily edit, trace, claim, or redistribute the artwork as your own creation.Commercial use requires purchasing my Commercial Use add-on or receiving separate written permission from me.Credit to LittleFernArt is appreciated when the artwork is posted publicly.Portfolio & Social Media
Unless agreed otherwise before I begin, I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork on my portfolio, commission examples and social media.I will not claim ownership of your original character.If you would prefer your commission to remain private, please discuss this with me before ordering.AI & NFTs
My artwork may not be used for:
• AI training or datasets
• Generative AI or image-to-image AI tools
• Creating AI models, LoRAs or similar systems
• NFTs or other blockchain-based projectsMy artwork may not be falsely represented as AI-generated or uploaded to AI platforms for modification.Refunds & Cancellations
• If I have not started your commission, you may request a full refund.
• Once work has begun, any refund will depend on how much work has already been completed.
• Once the finished artwork has been delivered, refunds are generally not available.
• If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive an appropriate refund.Please do not initiate a chargeback without contacting me first to resolve any problems.Artist Conduct
Harassment, abusive behaviour or repeated unreasonable demands may result in cancellation of the commission and refusal of future commissions.

Terms of Service (ToS) for Adoptables

Adoptable Ownership
Once full payment has been received, ownership of the purchased character design is transferred to the buyer.I retain authorship and copyright over the original artwork itself and may display it in my portfolio and on my social media.Adoptables may be created using an original reusable base designed by LittleFernArt. Purchase grants rights to the individual character design only; the underlying base, pose and template remain the property of LittleFernArt and may be reused for future designsYou May
• Name and develop the character however you like
• Change their personality, story and backstory
• Make reasonable changes to the design
• Commission other artists to draw the character
• Draw the character yourself
• Resell or trade the characterThe character may not be resold for more than the original purchase price unless additional artwork or other value has been added.You May Not
• Claim that you created the original character design or artwork
• Remove my credit as the original designer where designer credit is displayed
• Use the original artwork for AI training or generative AI
• Turn the original artwork into an NFT
• Resell or redistribute the original artwork as a standalone productCommercial Use
Unless explicitly included in the adoptable listing, adoptables are sold for personal use only.Commercial use of the character or original design must be discussed with me separately.
